The house also features a second spacious living area on the second floor leading to the roof top terrace which offers a panoramic view over the rooftops of the town, the ancient hilltop monastery and the vista of surrounding mountains.

The house is cool in the summer and benefits from a new oil central heating system for cooler periods.
